Kansas Tiny Homes is another Bryan David Smith design-build company. He’s been designing and building fine luxury homes and developing residential subdivisions all over North Central Texas since 1977. He launched Bryan Smith Homes as a teenager after graduating high school in 1975. Bryan has since served as a director of the National Association of Homebuilders, and has been a finalist in the highly prestigious, Dallas McSam Awards of Home Builder excellence.
In 2012, Bryan founded Texas Tiny Homes, Inc., a now Award Winning, International Company with hundreds and hundreds of architectural plan design clients and plan buying customers in 9 nations so far; including those in 48 US States. “We are excited about launching Kansas Tiny Homes and look forward to designing and building tiny and small luxury homes, as well as developing tiny and small homes villages in the great state of Kansas.
